At the moment, we ship to the U.S., Canada, Australia, New Zealand, and the UK. Got another magical realm (or regular country) in mind? Send us a message—we’re happy to see if we can make it happen.

You’ll see estimated delivery times on every product page and again at checkout. Timelines depend on what you’re ordering, where you’re shipping it to, and how busy the mail owls are that day. Rest assured—we’re doing our part to get your treasures to you as swiftly as possible.

We aim to keep things delightful, but we don’t accept returns if you’ve simply changed your mind. We’re a small shop of book-loving dreamers—not a massive warehouse—so buyer’s remorse doesn’t quite make the cut.
That said, if something arrives damaged or not quite right, we’ll make it right. Just get in touch within 30 days of delivery, and we’ll work it out together.
Here’s how to begin the return chapter:
- Within 30 days of delivery, use our contact form to tell us what’s going on. Include your order number (you’ll find it in your Book Dragon Shop emails) and a quick summary of the issue.
- Snap a few photos of the damaged item and email them to: mandm@playinginmud.com. Be sure to include your order number there too.
- We’ll get back to you with the next steps—whether that’s sending the item back, getting a refund, or receiving a replacement.
A few notes before you begin:
- Double-check your sizing before placing your order. We know it can be tricky, but returns for incorrect sizes are tough for us to manage. Thanks for understanding and helping our little shop thrive.
- If you do need to send something back, return shipping is on you.
- Returned items must be in original condition. If not, we’ll work together to determine any reduction in refund.
